Some highlights of the role include:

  • Partnership Strategy: Identify, develop, and execute brand partnership initiatives that align with Hudle's business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with brand partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements that maximise value for both parties.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to design and roll out co-branded campaigns, activations, and events.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership performance using relevant KPIs, prepare reports, and share insights with leadership.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and new collaboration models to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3  years of experience in brand partnerships, strategic marketing, or business development roles, preferably in sports, tech, or lifestyle

sectors.

  • Proven ability to secure and manage successful brand collaborations from ideation to execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure partnership outcomes.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an ability to identify unique partnership opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for sports IS A MUST  - you play, watch, or vibe with the lifestyle. If you play pickleball/ padle, its a plus.
