Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Lead based in Bengaluru. The Python Lead will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing and implementing scalable Python-based solutions, and mentoring team members. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient code delivery and addressing performance issues. The Python Lead will also ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, high-performance computing, and APIs
  • Skills in performance optimization, debugging, and error handling
  • Ability to guide and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in AI or modern technology applications is a plus
