Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and FastAPI.
  • Implement object-oriented programming principles and apply design patterns for robust architecture.
  • Build and integrate SDKs for internal and external systems.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Work on POCs and innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.
  • Explore and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), semantic search, and LangChain for AI-driven applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to digital engineering initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python with solid understanding of OOP concepts.
  • Proficiency in Design Patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI for API development.
  • Expertise in AWS deployment and cloud-based application management.
  • Experience in SDK development.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Generative AI (with a digital engineering perspective, not deep Data Science).
  • Experience in building 2 POCs or hands-on work in Gen AI.
  • Knowledge of RAG, semantic search, and LangChain frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Python development and API design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
