We are looking for a skilled Python Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience, located in Bangalore, Pune, Bhubaneswar, or surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team handling and proficiency in Python, Django.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain large-scale applications using Python and Django.
  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with Django framework is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of team handling and leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience should be mentioned in the resume.
