About the Role

We are looking for a
Technical Lead (L3)
with strong expertise in
Python
,
Cloud technologies
, and
Full Stack Engineering
to lead high-impact projects and mentor a team of engineers. This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect scalable solutions, drive technical excellence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of
    cloud-native applications
    and
    full-stack solutions
    .
  • Architect and implement
    microservices
    and
    API-driven systems
    using Python.
  • Ensure best practices in
    CI/CD
    ,
    DevOps
    , and
    cloud infrastructure
    (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive code reviews, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years
    of software development experience, with at least
    3+ years in a lead role
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and frameworks like
    Django
    ,
    Flask
    , or
    FastAPI
    .
  • Expertise in
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
    containerization
    (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid experience in
    front-end technologies
    (React, Angular, or ) and
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SQL/NoSQL databases
    and
    data modeling
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
