About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python + AI Engineer who can lead the design and development of advanced AI/ML solutions and scalable system architectures. The role requires strong expertise in Python, GenAI, ML frameworks, cloud technologies, and modern system design principles. The ideal candidate will guide multiple teams, drive innovation, and deliver production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Python-based AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
  • Drive Data Architecture strategy, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and best practices.
  • Act as a technical lead for multiple parallel AI/ML initiatives.
  • Develop innovative ML/GenAI algorithms beyond standard open-source implementations.
  • Design and maintain scalable system architectures using system design and domain-driven design.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct performance reviews.
  • Build and optimize knowledge graph solutions using graph databases.
  • Work with deep learning & ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain.
  • Write clean, scalable, and production-ready Python code with strong testing and documentation.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud ecosystems (preferably AWS).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Python development.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML/GenAI model lifecycle, including design, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Expertise in NLP, Generative AI, and at least one more AI domain (PGMs, time-series, weak supervision, etc.).
  • Experience architecting data platforms and defining data strategy/roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience in system design and domain-driven design.
  • Experience with AWS (preferred), Azure or GCP.
  • Strong skills in TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, LangChain, and related AI tooling.
  • Experience with knowledge graphs / graph databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, production-ready, scalable code.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset.
  • Previous leadership experience including mentoring, code reviews, and capability development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,700,000.00 per year
