Sunkonnect is a global renewable energy management consulting firm based in Singapore. We work with system owners, developers, EPC players, and manufacturers to significantly improve their products and processes. Our team has over ten years of experience in the renewable energy field, including solar PV technology production, manufacturing, quality assessment, and systems deployment. Our consultants, including engineers, research scientists, lead auditors, and energy policy analysts, collaborate closely with clients to achieve their goals.

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead asset management operations for solar PV plants. The role involves monitoring and analyzing plant performance, validating data accuracy, conducting root cause analysis, and driving process improvements to ensure optimal asset efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize solar PV performance.
  • Validate PAG/EAG using SCADA and O&M data.
  • Generate performance reports and executive summaries.
  • Conduct RCA for faults and downtime with corrective action plans.
  • Support software/digital dashboard development and data reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with O&M teams and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in asset management processes.
