Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, respond to property inquiries, and generate leads.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and USPs to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client data and interaction history.
- Nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other engagement methods.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets.
- Support in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital lead management.
