Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Burrabazar

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • GST Filing: Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and maintain accurate GST records.
  • Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including invoicing, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • TallyPrime: Proficiently manage and update financial data using TallyPrime software.
  • MS Excel: Utilize Excel for data entry, reports, and financial analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and functions is preferred.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliation, ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Tax Documentation: Prepare and maintain tax-related documents and assist in audits.
  • Filing and Reporting: Assist in financial reporting and filing of required statutory returns.

Required Skills:

  • GST Filing Experience: Hands-on experience with GST filing and understanding of GST compliance.
  • TallyPrime Expertise: Must have experience working with TallyPrime software for accounting and financial reporting.
  • MS Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Excel, including creating reports, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Other Requirements:

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
