Job Overview

Printers Supply Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. If you have hands-on experience with Tally, bill entry, and bank reconciliation, and you're ready to contribute to a fast-paced, accountable work culture—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter bills and vouchers accurately in Tally
  • Perform daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain organized documentation of financial records
  • Support monthly and annual closing processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment tracking
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP
  • Strong understanding of bill entry and BRS
  • Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance (preferred)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
