Job Role: voice Process – Multilingual

As part of our growing team, we are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for our EMail & Chat Process who can communicate fluently in english and written comm skills

What Is Expected from the Role?

  • Handle inbound Chats& MAils to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
  • No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential .
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages to address customer needs.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of issues within TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Should do cross-selling & Up-selling for existing customer .
  • Should possess good convincing and sales skills.
  • Document interactions accurately in the system.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide voice-based support to customers in multiple languages.
  • Troubleshoot basic queries related to products, services, or accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality service by maintaining call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs).

Skills Required:

  • Good verbal & Written communication in English
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Basic computer literacy – familiarity with MS Office, typing, and navigating systems.
  • Good problem-solving skills and presence of mind.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate (in any stream)
  • Backlogs: Candidates with active backlogs are also welcome to apply.
  • Fresher Salary 23000 CTC+ incentives Salary will be depends on English fluency and Language bifurcation's
