Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, with the potential to explore additional opportunities across other bidding portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of other bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH), etc.
- Experience in managing and optimizing bidding profiles to secure projects.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to align lead generation activities accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably through LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
