Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, addressing concerns and queries promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and educational trends to provide personalized solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Promote Prosper Overseas' services to educational institutions, ensuring effective partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Client Support & Account Management:
- Assist institutions and students with onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing any concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and service updates in CRM.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
