As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between EvolutionCo and its clients. You will assist the client servicing team in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:

  2. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on campaign progress.

  3. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

  4. Project Coordination:

  5. Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.

  6. Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

  7. Reporting & Documentation:

  8. Assist in preparing client reports, including campaign performance metrics and insights.

  9. Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and project details.

  10. Campaign Support:

  11. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for the client campaigns.

  12. Monitor campaign performance and provide suggestions for optimization.

  13. Administrative Tasks:

Support the client servicing team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, drafting emails, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, client servicing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday, ClickUp, or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
