We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager with experience in advertising agencies to drive new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and contribute to the growth of public sector and government communication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in public sector and government projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for new business acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and strategy teams for proposal development.
  • Track leads, conversions, and business performance.
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in an Advertising Agency (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and pitching.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
