Customer Service Representative (CSR) are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting customers throughout their visit. They ensure smooth operations on the floor, maintain cleanliness and service standards, manage queues, and provide support in auditorium and lobby areas.

Customer Service & Guest Handling

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with their queries.
  • Guide guests to screens, seating areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
  • Manage customer flow and ensure minimal waiting time at entry points.
  • Support differently-abled or elderly guests when required.

Auditorium & Lobby Management

  • Check show tickets and verify entry through scanners.
  • Assist in maintaining discipline inside screens and resolving seating disputes.
  • Ensure auditoriums are clean before and after shows (seat check, trash removal).
  • Monitor sound, picture quality, and temperature feedback from guests.

F&B & Concession Support (If Assigned)

  • Assist F&B team during peak hours (carrying orders, managing queues).
  • Coordinate with the kitchen/concession for guest orders.

Safety & Compliance

  • Guide guests during emergencies and follow evacuation protocols.
  • Report any safety hazard, misconduct, or projection issue immediately to Duty Officer.
  • Ensure compliance with cineplex SOPs and hygiene standards.

Operational Support

  • Assist Duty Officer with crowd management during blockbuster releases.
  • Help in lost & found management.
  • Provide daily shift updates and incident reports as required.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication (basic English + Hindi/Telugu preferred).
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, disciplined, and approachable.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and manage crowds.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

4. Qualifications

  • 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in any stream.
  • Freshers accepted; experience in hospitality/retail/cinema preferred.

5. Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • 8 to 9-hour duty with weekly off as per roster.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹14,000.00 per month
