Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through client acquisition, maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new leads, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts with clients, and collaborating with the event planning team to ensure the successful execution of events. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends and client preferences, providing valuable insights to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement sales plans to enhance business growth
- 2-3 Years Experience in the events, travel, or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skill
