Job Overview:

Unimax International is seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time, mid-level position in North West Delhi. The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction sector. This role involves enhancing the company's presence and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The candidate should have robust knowledge of formwork and the ability to work collaboratively with prominent industry players.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales marketing role, specifically within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of scaffolding (Mandatory skill) and the ability to effectively communicate its applications.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve corporate sales objectives.
  • Proficient in sales, marketing, and formwork technologies with a strong focus on customer needs analysis and engagement.
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Experience in aligning marketing activities with sales targets to increase brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Proficient in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively, securing new projects and clients.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
