A Brand Associate is responsible for supporting brand strategy, marketing activities, and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market. This role typically involves both creative and analytical tasks, closely collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, understand target audience preferences, and evaluate competitors.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans to boost brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure brand visibility and consistency in advertising, promotions, product packaging, and public communications.
  • Support the execution of brand campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for implementing product launches, promotional activities, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to improve brand strategies.
  • Prepare reports on brand health, awareness, and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and market information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹48,357.20 per month
