Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role located in Chennai. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within guest rooms and common areas, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Daily tasks include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathroom facilities, restocking supplies, and performing quality checks. The role also involves assisting guests with housekeeping requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable. This position requires efficient interaction with team members to uphold the quality and elegance that The Park Hotels represent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laundry and general housekeeping tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs effectively
  • Exceptional Organization Skills for maintaining cleanliness and managing housekeeping supplies
  • Experience in Training or willingness to undergo training for skill enhancement
  • Attention to detail, time management ability, and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or the hospitality industry is an advantage
