About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead – BIM to lead and manage 3D BIM modeling, coordination, and delivery across multiple architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage 3D BIM modeling and coordination across disciplines.
  • Conduct design reviews, perform clash detection, and resolve coordination issues.
  • Ensure project adherence to templates, BIM standards, and best practices.
  • Review models with designers and clients, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and progress reports.
  • Conduct BIM coordination meetings (onsite/remote).
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in BIM workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams and report to the Technical Director.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo scripting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues proactively and ensure design accuracy.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture OR
  • Master's in Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of progressive responsibility in AEC/BIM environments.
  • Overseas project experience is an added advantage.
