BIM Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Analyst to manage, coordinate, and analyze Building Information Models for multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in BIM tools and workflows, ensuring model accuracy, coordination, and data-driven project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Management & Coordination:

• Create, review, and manage BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC.
• Coordinate multi-discipline models for clash detection, design validation, and construction planning.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract and analyze model data for 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation.
• Generate clear visual reports and dashboards for project teams and stakeholders.

Technical Support & Quality Control:

• Provide BIM-related technical assistance to project teams.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and BIM workshops.

Innovation & Process Improvement:

• Research and implement emerging BIM tools, plugins, and technologies.
• Suggest process enhancements for improved project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (including family creation).
• Experience in BIM coordination and knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Scripting knowledge in Dynamo or Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
