We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel, responsible for leading the reservation team and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the reservation team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
