Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager located in Kolkata. The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage supply chain operations, including planning and implementing efficient logistics strategies. Key responsibilities include coordinating inventory management, ensuring timely procurement, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and efficient delivery systems. Managing and improving logistical workflows will be a core aspect of the position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure the efficient movement of goods and services.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and sourcing processes.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools is an advantage.
