Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately take and serve food & beverage orders.
  • Manage billing and order processing using Rishta Software.
  • Set up and maintain tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Support in handling reservations and table allocations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in hotel or restaurant industry.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates from Whitefield or nearby areas will be given preference.
  • Knowledge of Rishta Software / POS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good food & beverage product knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹23,000.00 per month
