Stewarding Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Stewarding Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch service to our guests.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily steward activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective stewarding procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Train and mentor new staff members on stewarding best practices.
- Analyze feedback from guests and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in stewarding or a related field within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
