Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic MBA Fresher (or 1–2 years of experience) to join as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain direct exposure to high-level management, strategic decision-making, and day-to-day corporate operations. The candidate will support the MD in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of executive functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the MD in day-to-day activities, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and business reports as required.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Support in business research, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Assist in personal tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Quick learner, professional, and proactive.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- MBA (Fresher) or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Specialization in HR, Marketing, Finance, or General Management preferred.
- Strong academic background with eagerness to learn executive-level operations.
Note: This role is open to Male candidates only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹41,195.30 per month
