Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Retail Leasing located in Jaipur. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities in the retail leasing sector, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create customized business plans. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends to inform strategy, and negotiating and finalizing contracts to achieve leasing goals. Regular interaction with stakeholders and providing reports on performance will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate effectively
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development to achieve goals
  • Experience in New Business Development and cultivating strong client relationships
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail Sales practices and processes
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in retail leasing or real estate would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
