Job Role Specifics
The Regional Sales Manager (Secured) will be responsible for developing the SME Loans business, focusing on high-ticket secured loans, and consistently achieving month-on-month targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop the high-ticket SME Loans business and deliver against monthly targets.
Develop more channel business by cultivating relations with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Ensure the maximum conversion of business references into successful business opportunities.
Drive day-to-day business through various activities and manage all promotional efforts.
Keep up-to-date with industry products and competitors.
Team & Performance Management:
Recruit, manage, and train sales team members.
Set sales targets for Relationship Managers (RMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and the team as a whole.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and customers to achieve referral business.
Review and ensure the completeness of client documents.
