Zocdoc's mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. Your Day to Day is to…
- Ownership of recruiting pipelines for various hiring needs of the company like operations, service and tech talent - ranging from junior to senior roles
- Authentically engage candidates to understand their wants and needs, while demonstrating company values
- Deliver a thoughtful and streamlined candidate experience, where candidates feel valued, inspired, and motivated to work for Zocdoc
- Building and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders, partnering together to create smart sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Keeping our ATS current, leveraging data and reporting to validate, and iterate the process
- Source candidates You know how competitive this industry is, and realize that sourcing is an incredibly important driver in attracting the best talent
You'd be Successful in This Role if You Have…

- Passion for process and tracking, and the ability to optimize your work and smartly prioritize your time
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation
- A minimum of 1 to 4 years of work experience as a recruiter/sourcer
- Strong analytical reasoning skills, attention to detail, and sharp focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A niche to comprehend the fundamental nature of the jobs and their requirements
- Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
