Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable professional to join our Sales team as Lead – Client Growth. The primary focus of this role is not direct sales, but to nurture client relationships, engage with shared leads, generate new leads through professional networks and portals, and ensure consistent client interaction. Success for this position will be measured by the quality and number of meetings aligned with leads, contributing to overall business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Engage with shared leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings to support the sales process.
  • Generate new leads through personal connections, online platforms, and industry networks.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent engagement and communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and relationship nurturing with all assigned leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align meetings and opportunities with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meetings in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech), Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at different levels.
  • Self-driven with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment where key results are measured by client meetings and engagement rather than direct sales numbers.
