We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Staff / Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking and have experience in preparing a variety of North Indian dishes, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare stuffed parathas, North Indian gravies, chole bhature, and noodles to the highest standards of quality and taste.

- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times. Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed.

- Chopping and Cutting: Possess basic knowledge and skill in chopping and cutting vegetables and ingredients, ensuring efficiency, especially during rush hours.

- Support Team: Assist senior kitchen staff with daily kitchen duties and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, especially during heavy order flow.

- Adaptability: Be ready to take up other responsibilities as needed, including managing kitchen tools, ensuring smooth food production, and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cooking North Indian cuisine, especially stuffed parathas, gravies, chole bhature, and noodles.

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including chopping, cutting, and food prep techniques.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.

- Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

- Ability to assist senior chefs and kitchen staff when required.

- A positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
