Ctrl M & Middleware Support Engineer - L3

Crtl M + Middleware L3 Support. We can get profiles and upload for tomorrow schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support for Middleware platforms (IBM Websphere MQ, Nginx, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ, Shell scripting (Bash, KornShell), Python)
  • Concepts of firewalls, load balancers, and network connectivity
  • Manage and troubleshoot Ctrl-M job scheduling workflows and integrations.
  • Handle escalations from L1 and L2 support teams and resolve complex technical issues within SLA
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with development, database, and performance engineering teams to deliver long-term solutions
  • Maintain and optimize infrastructure including servers, cloud platforms, and virtual environments.
  • Participate in change management processes, including CAB meetings and runbook creation.
  • Monitor system logs and performance data to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Support 24x7 operations and participate in on-call rotations
  • Document technical procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Middleware technologies such as WebLogic, WebSphere ND, IBM Liberty, Apache, Tomcat, NGNIX
  • Hands-on experience with Ctrl-M job scheduling tool.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and basic SQL/database knowledge.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under pressureRole & responsibilities
