Assistant Sales Manager AND Sales Executive/Person

Saraju Agriways Exports Pvt. Ltd. (ORION Pen) is looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager AND Sales Executive/Person to manage sales across the important South Bengal region (from Murshidabad and areas to the south).
We need a dedicated person with strong experience in trade and distribution.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Field-based Role
- Industry: Writing Instruments | Distribution | Sales
- Location Preference: South Bengal Territory (Murshidabad and south)
Role & responsibilities
- Territory Focus: Lead and manage all sales targets in South Bengal (from Murshidabad and areas to the south).
- Work directly with local dealers and distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers.
- Identify and onboard new clients in the pen trade.
- Share market insights with the central team.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Coordinator at the head office.
Preferred candidate profile
- Mandatory experience working with PEN or stationery products trade/distribution industry.
- Proven success in managing distributors and dealers.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and buyer engagement skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to long-term growth.
Comfortable with reporting and coordination across teams.
