Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Coordination

  • Review architectural and structural drawings related to Mivan and finishing works, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Develop detailed work schedules for finishing activities (plastering, flooring, painting, doors/windows, waterproofing, faade, etc.) integrated with the main project plan.
  • Coordinate closely with structure, MEP, and faade teams for seamless sequencing of finishing works.
  • Plan resource allocation manpower, materials, tools, and equipment in coordination with site planning and procurement teams.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee and ensure proper execution of all finishing works including plastering, putty, painting, tiling, stonework, joinery, ceiling, railing, waterproofing, and external faade finishes.
  • Monitor finishing works for accuracy, alignment, and level in Mivan-structured surfaces.
  • Supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and labor teams to ensure productivity and workmanship meet quality standards.
  • Ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.

3. Quality Assurance & Safety

  • Implement finishing quality checklists, mock-up approvals, and snag clearance processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections at each stage and rectify deviations immediately.
  • Ensure site safety measures are strictly followed during finishing operations.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC team for material inspection, sample approval, and testing.

4. Material & Documentation

  • Prepare and track material requisitions for finishing works — tiles, paint, doors, windows, sanitary ware, etc.
  • Maintain finishing work progress logs, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and material consumption records.
  • Support project management team with finishing work estimates and BOQ verifications.
  • Maintain and update as-built drawings and finishing detail sheets.

5. Coordination with Stakeholders

  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for material approvals, inspections, and handovers.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and vendors to ensure material availability as per finishing schedule.
  • Address NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure timely closure of site observations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 6–15 years of site experience in finishing works for Mivan-structured high-rise residential or commercial projects.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of finishing materials, workmanship standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Experience with Mivan surface treatment and finishing challenges (e.g., alignment, putty, crack treatment).
  • Knowledge of faade works, waterproofing, and internal/external finishes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
