We are seeking a skilled Project Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction activities across multiple sites in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will manage site planning, execution, quality, safety, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires frequent travel across sites and strong leadership in civil engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute construction activities across all assigned sites.
  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for efficient site execution.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with IS standards for structural and finishing works.
  • Estimate, manage, and monitor materials and resources.
  • Interpret construction drawings, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Enforce safety compliance across all sites.
  • Control project costs and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring effective reporting and progress monitoring.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in civil site execution.
  • Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Karnataka.
