Job Description – Civil Engineer

Role Overview:

Plan, execute, and supervise civil works while ensuring full compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support smooth and timely completion of civil activities within Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Oversee site preparation, foundations, structural works, concrete activities, road works, and related civil tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Review technical drawings and reports; provide inputs to resolve site-related issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Conduct inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Track project progress, prepare documentation, and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, QA/QC procedures, and site execution.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹72, ₹130,000.00 per month
