Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Fresher at Procucev, you will be working full-time, gaining hands-on experience in civil engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone with 0 to 1 year of work experience, providing a unique opportunity to grow within an innovative company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and practices applied in design and construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for drafting and designing construction plans and blueprints.
  • Experience with Revit for creating and managing building information models and digital representations of physical structures.
  • Sound knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design, drafting, and analysis including roads, land, and utility systems.
  • Ability to use STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design of buildings, towers, bridges, and other structures.
  • Experience with SAP2000 for the analysis and design of any type of structural system, including simple 2D structures to complex 3D models.
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 for planning, managing, and executing projects efficiently.
  • Understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for integrating and analyzing spatial location data and civil engineering applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and assessment of engineering designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project plans and schedules for construction activities.
  • Support senior engineers in conducting site investigations and data analysis to inform design and planning decisions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other tools to create accurate engineering plans and technical drawings.
  • Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure quality and safety standards are met on project sites.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure timelines, costs, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Engage in onsite reviews and support the management of field operations to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation for project handover and statutory compliance.
