Telecaller Executive

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients and filter qualified leads.
  • Understand candidates' backgrounds, interests, and eligibility to assess lead potential.
  • Arrange counseling calls and demos for Senior Counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, Kraya, and other internal tools.
  • Ensure every inquiry is logged with complete details, notes, and status updates.
  • Source fresh data from Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Search, website forms, offline events, and referral channels.
  • Track follow-ups, maintain calling sheets, and ensure timely communication.
  • Support counsellors with lead insights, call history, and behavior patterns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional communication tone representing our aviation brand.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Ensure a smooth lead journey from first contact to counseling stage.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Odoo, Kraya preferred).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage high inquiry volumes.
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects confidently.
  • Previous experience in Ed-Tech, Aviation, Counseling, or Sales Calling is advantageous.
  • Strong data-entry accuracy and structured workflow habits.
