Job Title: Delivery Executive (Food & Grocery Delivery)
Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated and responsible Delivery Executives to deliver food, groceries, and other essential items to customers safely and on time. As a Delivery Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience while earning attractive pay, fuel reimbursements, and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver food, groceries, or items from partner restaurants/stores to customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle items carefully to avoid damage during transit.
  • Use company-provided app to accept and complete delivery orders.
  • Maintain professional and polite behavior with customers, restaurant/store staff, and team members.
  • Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding/driving.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license, RC, and insurance.
  • Must have a smartphone with internet connection.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, evening, weekends, and peak hours).
  • Basic communication skills in local language (Hindi/English/regional).

Earnings Structure:

Base Rate (Per Order):

  • ₹30 per order + ₹5 per km (including first & last mile).

Daily Milestone Incentives (5:30 AM – 5:30 AM):

  • 8 Orders: ₹150
  • 12 Orders: ₹330
  • 18 Orders: ₹900
  • 24 Orders: ₹1,500
  • 30 Orders: ₹2,700

Weekly Milestone Incentives:

(Minimum 6 working days required, including Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun)

  • 60 Orders: ₹300
  • 90 Orders: ₹750
  • 120 Orders: ₹1,500
  • 150 Orders: ₹2,100
  • 180 Orders: ₹3,000

First Month Joining Bonus (From Date of Activation):

  • 150 Orders: ₹600
  • 300 Orders: ₹2,000
  • 480 Orders: ₹5,000
  • 540 Orders: ₹7,500
  • 630 Orders: ₹15,000

(Management fees & GST will be deducted additionally as applicable.)
