We are seeking a
seasoned and visionary leader
to head
Global Delivery Operations
across
India, US, and Middle East
regions. This is a
CXO-track role
carrying end-to-end accountability for
service delivery, client outcomes, operational excellence, transformation, and profitability
.

The Global Delivery Head will play a pivotal role in shaping NuSummit's delivery strategy, leading large global teams, and driving innovation across delivery centers. This role demands a combination of strategic foresight, operational expertise, and strong executive presence to engage with clients, stakeholders, and teams worldwide.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 20+ years
    in delivery/program management with proven
    global delivery experience
    .
  • Strong track record of managing
    large-scale portfolios people)
    and revenues exceeding
    $250M
    .
  • Deep expertise in
    global delivery models, offshore operations, and multicultural teams
    .
  • Proven knowledge of
    Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
    .
  • Industry/domain expertise in
    IT Services, BFSI, Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation
    .
  • Education:
    Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science (mandatory)
    ; MBA or advanced certifications (
    PMP, SAFe, ITIL
    ) preferred.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Global Operations Management

  • Lead and scale delivery operations across geographies with focus on
    efficiency, quality, and agility
    .
  • Ensure delivery models are
    robust, standardized, and scalable
    for global clients.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as
    Executive Sponsor
    for strategic accounts, ensuring
    high client satisfaction and measurable business outcomes
    .
  • Partner with global sales and account teams to drive
    client retention and growth
    .

3. Program Governance

  • Establish and monitor
    delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs
    .
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to compliance requirements.

4. Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor
    large global teams professionals)
    .
  • Attract and retain top talent while fostering a
    culture of innovation and excellence
    .

5. Financial Accountability

  • Own
    P&L responsibility
    , ensuring profitability, revenue assurance, and cost optimization.
  • Manage a portfolio exceeding
    $250M revenue
    with strong focus on margins and delivery efficiency.

6. Risk & Compliance Management

  • Proactively identify risks, ensure compliance with global standards, and maintain delivery resilience.

7. Innovation & Transformation

  • Drive
    automation, AI adoption, cloud transformation, and process optimization
    across engagements.
  • Champion
    continuous improvement initiatives
    to enhance client experience and delivery outcomes.
