Job Summary

Urgent Hiring – Uniquepact is looking for a dynamic and confident female Business Development Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating organic leads through social media, initiating calls or chats, and converting those leads into clients for our marketing services and software solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in marketing and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Find and connect with new leads through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Talk to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Understand their needs and explain our services and software solutions clearly
  • Keep records of leads and conversations
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into paying clients
  • Work with the marketing team to improve sales
  • Meet monthly sales and lead targets

Qualifications

  • Female candidates only
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, calling, or lead generation
  • Must be good at talking to people and building trust
  • Comfortable using calls, WhatsApp, DMs, and emails for communication
  • Should be confident, motivated, and ready to learn
  • Basic knowledge of social media and Google Sheets
  • Must know how to speak and write in Hindi and English
  • Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
