**Position Overview**:
As the SEO Executive at Business 10x, you will play a key role in optimizing our online presence to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SEO principles, proven experience in implementing SEO strategies, and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for target audiences.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
- **Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, guest blogging, and directory submissions, to increase domain authority and backlink profile.
- **Technical SEO**: Audit website performance, identify technical issues, and implement solutions to improve website speed, crawlability, and indexability.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages, to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- **SEO Tools**: Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to track performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure our strategies remain effective and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page optimization techniques, off-page optimization strategies, and technical SEO factors.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in SEO analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing specialists.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
