Role Overview

As a Project Manager Intern, you will assist the Project Management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently. You'll gain hands-on exposure to project tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, content, marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track deliverables, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify risks and delays, and escalate issues to the project manager.
  • Maintain proper records of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency and team collaboration.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Exposure to project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  • Development of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Only 1st-, 2nd-, or 3rd-year students are eligible.
  • Final-year students are NOT eligible.
  • Preferred backgrounds: Management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management software (preferred but not mandatory).
