Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our student base, strengthen institutional collaborations, and drive brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a flair for marketing, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads to increase student enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and industry stakeholders.
- Plan and execute promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run digital and offline campaigns.
- Conduct follow-ups with inquiries to maximize admissions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for admissions and partnerships.
- Provide regular reports, competitor insights, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student admissions (experience in education/fashion industry preferred).
