Job Title: Backend Operations Executive

Shift: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

Were hiring a Backend Operations Executive to support day-to-day BPO operations, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle backend processes such as data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client SLAs and quality standards.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in BPO or backend operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
