We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Demand team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the Daily Business Process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to resolve operational issues.
  • Track, analyse, and report on operational metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in all inputs, encompassing data handling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and facilitate knowledge-sharing across the team.
  • Assist in planning and execution of operational projects.

Qualification:

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, project management, and business development.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling comfortable interaction with senior decision-makers and effective presentation of solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Presentation.
  • Competence in project management.
  • Sound knowledge of LMS & CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Expertise in relationship management.
  • Adept at decision-making.
  • Capable of multitasking effectively.
