Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Analyst to help keep our daily work running smoothly. This role involves working with our partners, managing paperwork, and supporting different teams as needed. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys multitasking and being the go-to person for getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with bankers, depository participants, custodians, and wealth managers.
  • Handle KYC, forms, accounts, and general office administration.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Organize and maintain important documents.
  • Assist with accounts, reporting, and other operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth workflow.
  • Take care of any other requirements that may come up in day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate (any stream, finance/business preferred).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in operations/finance/administration is an advantage but not a must.
