Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end customers to drive bearing sales.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory/industry.

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring correct application of bearings.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends to support strategy.

  • Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and product demonstrations.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM/reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline.

  • 1-6 years of experience in industrial product sales (bearings, spares, mechanical components, or related).

  • Strong understanding of mechanical components, preferably bearings and rotating equipment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.

  • Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with OEM clients in automotive, industrial machinery, or heavy engineering sectors.

  • Familiarity with distributor/channel sales in industrial products
