
Area Sales Executive

Responsible for direct sales and business development of Busy Accounting Software to SMEs, traders, manufacturers, and corporates.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through field visits, cold calling, digital outreach, and networking.
Present product demos, explain features, and customize solutions as per client requirements.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling, renewals, and referrals.
Coordinate with the backend team for implementation and client support.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and meet assigned revenue targets.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate a set number of qualified leads per week.
Ensure minimum client conversion ratio (leads to sales).
Conduct client meetings/demos per week as per instructions.
Increase product penetration in assigned territory quarterly basis.
Customer satisfaction with new clients onboarding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
